Software Engineers
These positions will work directly with Product Development, Product Management, and other functional groups to design/develop the software underlying the Jobfox website.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated self-starters looking for a fast-paced dynamic start-up environment with the following skill-sets:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams of people
- Must be extremely proficient at designing and developing software for an online environment
- Experience with relational database technology, preferably MS SQL*Server
- Object-Oriented applications programming experience, preferably C#.
Ideally the candidates will possess experience as software engineers for an internet software company and at
a minimum must possess experience as software engineers for a software product. Experience with ASP.Net a plus.
Quality Assurance Lead
We’re looking for a high-energy, results oriented Quality Assurance Team Lead to take our QA team and processes to the next level. This person will be responsible for both directing and participating in all QA phases of Jobfox product releases. The Quality Assurance Team Lead will also aid in selecting an implementing a test plan/case management system. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required. Person must be self-motivated and eager to take on new responsibilities (as often happens in a start-up environment). Must be able to take releases from strategy to completion of testing and rollout. Also, this person will work closely with business partners and developers, both onshore and offshore, to clarify QA requirements and ensure compliance with the Quality Process.
Minimum Skillset:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading a QA team
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLCs)Practices
- Review business requirements/software system designs and manage QA project
- Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverable expectations of all team members and setup metrics to measure progress
- Provide technical guidance to a test team of 2-3 to ensure test activities are performed according to the developed test strategy and test plan while adhering to testing standards
- Define and implement effective and efficient testing processes, documentation, tools and testing methodologies
- Create and execute test plans and test cases using both manual and automated testing methodologies
Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience with software Quality Assurance with at least 3 years as a QA team lead
- Significant experience with consumer-focused, web application testing (including load testing)
- Experience working in a complex and fast development environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- 3+ years experience writing test strategy and test plans
- Previous liaison experience working with offshore and offsite resources
- 3+ years experience using automated testing tools such as Rational Performance Manager or Mercury WinRunner
- 3+ years experience with applications such as Rational ClearQuest or Serrena Teamtrack for entering defects
- Experience with SQL a plus
Sales Account Executives: All Cities
We would like to build a base of prospective candidates for growth
- Identify and qualify viable prospects in your territory
- Build a healthy opportunity pipeline by scheduling face-to-face meetings
- Manage the entire sales process via needs analysis, presentations/demonstrations, proposal negotiations and closing deals
- Exceed your monthly sales quota
Desirable experience:
- Five plus years of B2B experience in technology, media, internet services or similar industry experience
- Large company sales experience (to learn best practices) but also should have some early stage company experience
- Enjoys a shorter sales cycle
- Experience selling in to HR (Applicant tracking, staffing, etc.)

Online Product Champion
Take Jobfox's rapidly growing e-commerce job posting business to the next level. With Jobfox's annual subscription-based business growing at record rates, Jobfox has a tremendous opportunity for a seasoned product manager to drive revenue for Jobfox's self-serve e-commerce based job posting business. You'd be the person responsible for building and growing a major revenue source for Jobfox's long term business. Strong product management skills and experience needed, with an e-commerce product environment. Knowledge of website behavior patterns, usage and analytics a must. Online marketing experience to drive traffic to the site and convert into business required.
