Q: How long does it take for candidates to complete match profiles?

Q: How do introductions work for candidates?
A:
Candidates are presented with jobs in match rank order and can select five-star matched jobs for a human-assisted introduction. The Jobfox Intro Team reaches out to the desired employer using email and even call to help make the connection. Once an intro is accepted, Jobfox sends the candidate a showcase about the potential employer including highlights, the Jobfox take on the company, the recruiter’s contact information and a reminder of how the candidate is highly matched to the opportunity.
Q: Is Jobfox a resume database?
A:
Yes and no – it’s much, much more. Like resume databases, you get to browse candidate resumes instantly. However, because the results are based on skills, experience, education, geography, and several other relevance factors (and not Boolean keyword searches), results will be much more accurate. We also send the best candidates an alert with your new job posting, and your job continues to remain posted as long as you like. So, as new candidates post their profiles each day, your job will be highly ranked for the best candidates, and you’ll be alerted with highly matched candidates for your job posting. Unlike traditional posting sites, your job doesn’t fall down further on the page as other jobs are posted. Your jobs stay at the top of the best candidates’ match lists, because these are, conversely, the best jobs for the most qualified candidates.

Q: Does Jobfox provide OFCCP reporting for employers doing business with the US Federal Government?

Yes. Annual subscriber clients may enroll in Jobfox’s OFCCP Reporting (see the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Program). Q: Can Jobfox keep track of all of my candidates, regardless of where I advertised the job?

Yes. At no additional cost for subscription clients, Jobfox provides you with unique links to use in all of your job ads posted outside of Jobfox, such as your company website and other job boards. When candidates click the link, they can complete their skills profiles and increase their visibility among other candidates through our matching process. Or, they can simply upload a resume as they would with your other job ads – but all your candidates will be stored and managed in one place: Jobfox. You can use Jobfox to track the effectiveness of all your online recruiting sources.
Q: What information from my job profile will candidate matches see?
A:
Candidates matching to your job will see job details including job type, travel, education, certifications, languages, work status, clearance and experience requirements. Candidates will not see the target income range you designate. They will only see whether their desired income is within (at or below) or outside of (higher than) the range you selected. It is important to select the highest applicable range so relevant candidates will be scored appropriately. Candidates will also see the job description, overall score and your company details (entered during account set up by your primary user). Upon mutually accepting an introduction, your candidate will receive the contact information that you designate and an Employer Showcase including company highlights that you can update, the Jobfox take on your company and where the candidate is highly matched to the opportunity, creating additional interest.
