Our Mutual Suitability System^TM delivers highly matched jobs rated on a 5-star scale. You can then apply to the jobs you like best. Employers can also find and contact you as a basic member in the Jobfox service.

Q: What premium services does Jobfox provide to help me in my job search?

A: We offer the Jobfox Advantage Membership. One of the many benefits of membership is our Introduction Service. With this service, each time you apply, the Jobfox Intro team will contact the employer directly to present not only your resume, but your entire Jobfox profile. Membership also includes instant electronic alerts, a personal Career Web page to help employers find you, and a highlighted presentation to employers. Q: What is the Jobfox Career Web Page?

A: In addition to finding matched jobs, a big benefit from creating your suitability profile is the Jobfox Career Web Page (view a sample at www.jobfox.com/people/sarahsmith). This service (part of our Advantage membership) gives you your own web page to highlight your skills, experience, work preferences, samples, links and even work styles. You can use this page to have a continuous online presence and promote yourself to potential employers. It is a great resource for building your personal brand.

Q: How do I become a Jobfox Advantage member?

A: When you see a position that you are interested in listed in your 'Jobs Inbox', you will want to apply by clicking the 'apply now' button.

The next screen will give you the option of applying using the Introduction option (available by opting into Jobfox Advantage Membership for a small fee), or applying via a standard application (free). When you opt to join the Advantage program, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. Your subscription will be auto-renewed monthly unless you contact us to cancel.

Advantage members will be able to initiate Introductions (Intros) with employers of interest. When an Intro request is made, Jobfox will make the introduction by presenting you to the employer. The Jobfox Intro Team reaches out to the desired employer using email and will even call to help make the personal connection. If an employer accepts your Intro request, we'll send you the employer's contact information, a showcase about the potential employer, and a checklist of how well you match with the opportunity.

We also offer the Jobfox Career Web Page to Advantage members. Based on your suitability profile, we'll create a personal career focused page that gives insight to who you are and what you've done. You can then customize and distribute your the link to this page to promote your professional goals and achievements.

Q: How do I become a Jobfox Advantage member?

A: There are many ways to become an Advantage member. Once you complete your profile, from the Get Hired Center, you can signup by clicking the "upgrade to Advantage Membership" button or you can click on any of the Exclusive Advantage features and you'll be given the opportunity to join. You'll also have a chance to upgrade to Advantage membership when you apply to jobs.

Q: What is included in Advantage membership?

A: With your Jobfox Advantage membership, you can click the 'apply now' button on any job you are interested in from your match list and automatically use your advantage membership.

Advantage members get the added benefit of Jobfox sending email notification to the employer alerting them of your interest when you apply to any job. In addition, you will be triggering an Introduction request for any 5 star job match exchanging your contact information and the employers via email if they accept the Introduction.

You will also receive your resume critique via email as part of your advantage membership. This will help you improve your resume and maximize your Jobfox profile for success.

You'll get to create a Jobfox Career Web Page. The Career Web Page is an exclusive benefit for Jobfox Advantage members only and provides you with a place to showcase your professional 'self'. Not only will employers using Jobfox have access to this as part of your profile if you match to their job(s), but the page is publically available via the web and you can distribute the link to employers outside of Jobfox as well. This might be via a footer on your resume, in a cover letter or even an email signature. Think of this as another creative way that employers can find you! The page will always contain your name, and since it is a public page, you can use the edit features to show or hide contact information and the results of your Work Type assessment on your public view.

The Work Type Assessment on your Career Web Page is an optional section of the page and allows you to complete the Saville Focus Styles questionnaire. This questionnaire will tell you about your preferred leadership style, team and peer interactions, approach to managing change, and the work cultures that will maximize your potential. Usually a $75 value, you can get your work type report as part of your Advantage membership from Jobfox. A link to your full work type report will be available to those viewing your Jobfox Career Web Page. If you choose to complete the assessment you will have the option of including a graphic display and a short summary of your results on your Jobfox Career Page. Please note that although the results will display on your 'Edit your Jobfox Career Page' view, they will default to not displaying on your live Jobfox Career Page. You will need to click the 'Show Personality Summary Link' to ensure your results display on your Jobfox Career Page. You will also have the option to 'Hide Personality Summary' if you wish to remove the results from your page at a later date.

Another great benefit you'll receive is complete access to the Personal Job Market Explorer. We'll scour over 1,400 job sites every week and uncover the jobs that fit your skills and interests. The vast majority of jobs are never posted on the big sites, so now you'll have a time efficient tool that searches the entire job market. As you "train" the service, it will get smarter and smarter, honing in on the jobs that truly interest you. It's like having your own personal headhunter that's constantly scanning the job market and discovering the best opportunities for you.

Q: How do I cancel or suspend my Advantage membership?

A: You can easily cancel or suspend your Advantage membership online. Just login to your Jobfox account and click on the "Frequently Asked Questions" link at the top of the Get Hired Center. At the bottom of Advantage FAQ page you'll find the link to cancel.
