Rob McGovern is a 20-year technology and media industry veteran with a passion for helping people with

$150 Million company with over 400 employees. Rob is the author of a best selling career book: Bring

to national television audiences on CNN, MSNBC, PBS, Bloomberg, CNBC, and Lifetime. Earlier in his career
Rob was often the youngest executive where he worked. Before setting out to start CareerBuilder he was
Vice President and General Manager at Legent Corporation, the world's 7th largest software company.
He spent the first 10 years of his career at Hewlett Packard Company, where he rose through the sales
and marketing ranks in both the US and Europe.

Scott Hughes is a 20 year technology sales veteran. He has been in sales and sales management at various
software companies and has a strong track record in start-ups and building new sales organizations.
Prior to joining Jobfox Scott spent four years as a co-owner and VP of Sales in the successful start-up
Vision Chain, an enterprise software company enabling CPG companies better insight in to their own POS
data. Scott has been a sales executive at several other start-up software companies including being
the North American GM and VP of Sales at Metastorm Corporation and the VP of Channels at MicroStrategy.
Scott was at MicroStrategy, a leading provider of Business Intelligence software from 1996 through 2001.
Hired as one of the original sales leaders at MicroStrategy, Scott built their non-existent partner
channel to over 350 partners involved in over 60% of MicroStrategy's 240M dollar business. Microstrategy
was on of the most successful public offerings in 1999. Early in his career Scott held sales and sales
management positions at the Hewlett-Packard Company, Cognos Corporation and Legent Software.

Peggy Padalino has over 20 years of experience in sales, sales operations, and customer support for
a variety of companies, in both the high-tech commercial and government sectors. Before joining Jobfox,
Peggy was Vice President of Sales for INPUT, the leader in government market intelligence. Prior to
joining INPUT, Peggy held Vice President level positions at Vocus, Inc. and CareerBuilder, Inc. While
at Vocus she had direct responsibility for managing a team of account sales executives selling Public
Relations automation software in Fortune 2000 accounts. At CareerBuilder, Peggy was one of the founding
sales executives with direct responsibility for building a 150 person sales force, deployed in 26 markets
in the USA. The company emerged as a $140M company, with $20M operating profits, and 200 sales people.
Prior to joining CareerBuilder, Peggy held management-level sales positions at Sybase, SCO and Data
General.

Van Pham is a 17-year corporate finance veteran with a passion for creative and innovative approaches
to strategy development, problem solving and the achievement of business and financial goals for innovative
technology companies such as Jobfox. Van has been in charge of Jobfox's accounting and finance operations
since 2005. Prior to joining Jobfox, she was Director of Revenue at webMethods Inc., where she was responsible
for the entire revenue cycle in North America, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley as well as SOP
97-2 and SAB104. As one of founding members of CareerBuilder.com, Van served a number of roles including
revenue management, accounting operations, financial reporting and planning. At CareerBuilder.com, she
helped to oversee merger activities and revenue growth to $100 million over a six-year period. Van's
initial career accomplishments include various accounting positions at Intercon Systems Corp., PSINet
Inc., The Union Labor Life Insurance Company and United Services Life Insurance Company. She is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from The Catholic University of America.
