This category addresses common questions about managing an existing Jobfox account.

Q: How can I change the e-mail address associated with my completed Jobfox account/profile?

A: Sign in to Jobfox. At the top right of the page click "Account Preferences".

Now, in the Login Information section, edit your e-mail address and hit the "save changes" button. An e-mail will be sent to your previous account e-mail and your new account e-mail confirming the change.

Q: How can I change the password for my Jobfox account?

A: Signin to Jobfox. At the top right of the page, click "Account Preferences".

Now, in the Login Information section, enter your password twice (once in each box) and hit the "save changes" button. Your new password is now in effect.

Q: Can I get my job and status e-mails sent to another e-mail address?

A: Yes. You can have a secondary e-mail address where Jobfox will send e-mails to. Sign in to Jobfox. At the top right of the page, click "Account Preferences".

Now, in the Messaging Preferences section, look at the "Deliver to" column and enter the alternate e-mail address in the box labeled "Other:". Then, check off what kinds of e-mails you'd like to receive at this e-mail address. Your primary and secondary e-mails can have different settings. Make sure you hit the "save changes" button to save the changes. E-mails will now go to your secondary e-mail address.

Q: How do I stop certain e-mails from being sent?

A: Sign in to Jobfox.  At the top right of the page, click "Account Preferences".

Now, in the Messaging Preferences section, uncheck the boxes for e-mail types you no longer wish to receive and hit the "save changes" button. You'll only be sent e-mails for those types you left checked.

Q: How do I stop the marketing e-mails?

A: Every marketing e-mail that Jobfox sends has an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the e-mail. Simply click on that unsubscribe link and you'll no longer receive that type of Marketing e-mail.
